A1: Nobel Hair Care Research Limited diagnosis and treatment center is located on the 14/F, Will Strong Development Building, No.59 Parkes Street, Kowloon. Customers are advised to purchase products online first and pick up the products in person after reserving the goods.

Q2. Can I purchase the product directly at the clinic?

A2: You are welcome to WhatsApp or call us at +852 2392-3611 to check the product status first, and then visit us to purchase the product in person depending on the stock availability.

Q3. When will the goods be delivered after payment?

A3: After payment, we will prepare your order immediately and send it out within about 3 - 7 working days (excluding holidays). If a product is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you that shipping may be delayed.
