When you receive an unknown call with a caller ID starting with "+", "+2", "+886", etc., please be alert and beware of the other party's tricks of changing the phone number or pretending to be a specific company, bank, or judicial agency. Please do not click on unknown links, LINE friend invitations or text messages from people you do not know.
Common fraudulent methods include "duplicate orders" and "missetting installment payments" to gain the trust of consumers, and then asking them to perform online banking or ATM operations. If it is related to bank accounts, please call the bank directly. If the call requires you to operate related accounts or provide information, please refuse directly to reduce the risk of fraud.
Please also change your password regularly, strengthen your password (use a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers), and do not enter your account password on public computers to improve information security.
