Conditions and arrangements for free shipping orders:
Full order consumption of over $600 or more, you can enjoy 1 free shipping service for "commercial/residential address" or "SF Station/SF Smart Locker".
Free shipping service does not include: Ma Wan/Discovery Bay/Tung Chung and outlying islands (airport, AsiaWorld-Expo, Disneyland, Lamma Island, Mui Wo, Cheung Chau and Ping Chau, etc.), places that delivery vehicles cannot reach directly, etc.
Shipping Notes:
- After placing an order (excluding the day of ordering), it will be shipped in about 3-7 working days, excluding holidays.
- The stocking and shipping time is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (11:00 AM - 07:00 PM, except Wednesday).
- If there are more orders during holidays or force majeure natural disasters, the shipment may be delayed.
- Regarding delivery: If the delivery fails or the product is returned to our store due to the customer providing incorrect delivery information, the logistics company failing to contact the customer multiple times, the customer refusing to accept the package, or the customer failing to pick up the package after the deadline, the customer shall be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs, the second delivery shipping costs, and the logistics company fines.
- How to deal with damaged goods: If the goods are damaged or lost during delivery due to the logistics company's error, our company will assist the customer in claiming from SF Express but will not compensate. Our company will try its best to ensure the integrity and safety of the package packaging, but it is inevitable that the appearance of the goods will be affected by accidents during transportation. Those who mind are advised to pick up the goods at our center.
